Nicola MacdonaldEquipment hire company A-Plant has signed an agreement with temporary access provider LION Trackhire to acquire the business in its entirety.
The deal will increase availability of temporary access and flooring solutions to UK customers and enable A-Plant to begin expansion into mainland Europe.

Completion of the transaction is expected to happen before 31 October 2016.
