Supplier of audio-visual equipment and services, Blitz|GES, has announced a new five-year deal with Excel London (pictured), as well as a strategic restructure.

Blitz|GES has provided equipment and technical expertise for conferences, congresses and exhibitions at the London venue over the past year.

According to Blitz|GES, the extension of the partnership reinforces the firm’s role in the suite of services provided by Excel to event organisers and exhibitors.

“We are excited to be working with Excel to deliver innovative audio-visual services which enable our clients to create exciting, engaging experiences, and supporting Excel’s role as the home of world leading events,” said Blitz|GES MD Paul Hutton.

Two new project manager roles have been created to service the needs of conference, congress and exhibition customers, and administrative functions have been moved to Excel from Blitz|GES’ head office, enabling onsite coordination and support.

James Mark, executive director at Excel London said: “I am delighted to be further strengthening our long-standing partnership with Blitz|GES by signing this new five year deal. By working with Blitz|GES we will be able to deliver exceptional levels of service to event organisers and exhibitors, ultimately leading to great event outcomes.”
