Dick Tee (pictured right), managing director of EnTEEtainment event production company, is celebrating 35 years in the events industry.

To acknowledge the milestone he welcomed fellow live event professionals to London’s Mary Jane’s on 6 April for an evening of networking and sharing memories from the last 35 years.

“It has been very touching to have so many people make the effort to come and join our celebrations – some travelling long distances to show their support for us,” said Dick. “ Many of these people have been loyal colleagues throughout my career, alongside more recent additions to our events family.

“What really struck me tonight is how lucky and blessed I am to know and work with such a lovely group of people – and I hope this will continue for many more years.

Among those attending the event were organisers and suppliers such as Glastonbury’s Michael Eavis (pictured centre).

“I am so grateful for the tremendous loyalty and hard work from so many people that have worked for EnTEEtainment over the past four decades,” Tee told Access. “Amy Harmsworth has now been with the business for some 12 years and is one of my most experienced production managers.

“Long-serving freelance staff, such as Neil Chalmers, have also been part of the bedrock of the business – and there are many others that I could mention. As I approach the latter stages of my career, my daughter Frankie (pictured left) will be gradually taking on more of the responsibility of running and developing our business.”
