The teams behind Kilimanjaro Live, Summer in the City and Triple A Media have launched a new digital and music talent management company, Free Focus.

Free Focus aims to bring together industry professionals from the worlds of YouTube, music, TV, radio and live events to leverage their experience and capabilities.

Kilimanjaro Live’s Mark Walker came up with the concept while promoting YouTubers Tyler Oakley, Lilly Singh and Emma Blackery. Recognising that branding and sponsorship make up a significant portion of digital stars’ incomes, Free Focus hopes to strategically maximise revenue while introducing talent to new areas and markets.

Walker told Access: “It’s really exciting to be able to offer a platform for stars of a digital age to spread their reach into more traditional mediums such as TV, radio, music, live and beyond. These hugely talented individuals have grown massive fan bases all by themselves and we can offer them our expertise to grow even more. I’m loving working with the guys at Triple A Media and Summer In The City because we all bring different expertise and knowledge to the party.”

Free Focus’ first signings include singer/songwriter Bethan Leadley and indie duo Box of Light (pictured).
