GL events and TRO cheer on England at Twickenham

GL events Owen Brown helped fans celebrate the final round of the RBS 6 Nations Rugby at Twickenham Stadium this Saturday (21 March).

Though England may have lost the overall tournament to Ireland, there were still celebrations at the stadium as the team beat France 55-35. 

TRO Experiential and GL events created a two-tier structure in the West Fan Village for the post-match revels. The ground floor hosted the Guinness Surge Bar, providing fans with a pre and post-match bar. On the top floor, the BMW Group hosted guests and fans in an exclusive BMW Owner’s Lounge, where they could listen to rugby legends discuss the merits of the England and French teams. 

TRO designed, built and managed both floors of the structure, provided by GL events Owen Brown. 

“It’s been a great tournament, working with TRO and the two leading brands in one of our most sought after structures,” said GL’s managing director Scott Hayward. “Anyone using the double decker structure and enjoying the hospitality provided is on to a winner.”
