‘Davenport’s Magic Kingdom is a new Visitor Attraction opening on Cromer Road, North Walsham in early summer 2013. The venue will offer an exhibition, shop, studio theatre and licensed café, all dedicated to the art of magic.
We are looking for reliable staff that are flexible, adaptable, have an up-beat and outgoing personality with a great sense of humour and good communication skills. The ability to provide excellent customer service as part of a team is essential and all jobs are offered on a two month trial basis.

Can you keep your head in a busy environment? We don’t want you to. This is a fun and exciting opportunity to play the roles of ‘The Headless Lady’ and ‘Witch’ and be a key part of the exhibition.

Professional dramatic experience is not necessary but you must be confident and able to fall into character offering a high standard of performance skills at a busy, sometimes stressful public venue. Leg movements are a key part of the Headless Lady so you must be comfortable wearing a skirt and tights and be happy to deal with both roles.
This position will also include other front of house duties.
We offer this position as either a DMK employee or on a self-employed basis.
