Nicola MacdonaldOn 2 February, event profs were invited on board the Eramus for Hygge on the Thames. Caterer Dish served up a range of Scandinavian treats while guests enjoyed hygge (pronounced hue-gah), which is a Danish word for cosiness and togetherness in winter.
