Intellitix, the provider of RFID technology for live events, has made Fast Company’s annual ranking of The World’s 10 Most Innovative Companies of 2015 in Live Events.

The list honours leading enterprises and rising newcomers that exemplify ‘the best in business and innovation’.

“A central ethos to innovate drives our daily strategies and activities, as Intellitix continues to enhance live event experiences with cutting-edge technology and solutions,” said Serge Grimaux, Intellitix’s CEO and head pilot. “Being included alongside the most forward thinking businesses on the planet is a truly meaningful achievement.”

Fast Company simultaneously released The World’s 50 Most Innovative Companies list. Earning the number one spot on the list this year is the ‘first great made-on-the-Internet brand’ Warby Parker, with other notable well established 2015 honourees including Apple, Google, Netflix, Tesla Motors, Ikea, L’Oréal and Toyota.

Intellitix is one of the rising newcomers alongside WeWork, American Giant, and Line; creative upstarts like Anki and ColorOfChange.org; data analysers including Next Big Sound and Mark43; and biotechnology companies like Gilead Sciences and Omada Health.

Grimaux continued: “I created Intellitix with a mission to change the live entertainment landscape for the better, which includes developing greater efficiencies and improving patron experiences. I have worked in the entertainment world all my life, so it’s thrilling to know the company is recognised for being at the forefront of revolutionising the way we interact and connect at live events.

“My colleagues are the talent behind making this vision come to fruition; this well-deserved accolade first belongs to them. I have never been more proud of my team and the work we have accomplished.”
