Kew Palace welcomed guests last night (12 April) to an evening inside the Royal Kitchen, followed by a tour of the Palace.

The venue, owned by Historic Royal Palaces, is set to undergo a ‘reawakening’ this year with a renewed focus on hosting receptions and dinners at the intimate venue. As part of the showcase, guests were treated to drinks and canapés inside the Royal Kitchen that was decorated by Lavender Green Flowers.

“This year there will be a renewed focus on hosting intimate events at Kew Palace and this showcase provided the perfect opportunity for guests to rediscover this fantastic palace and its potential as an events venue,” said Alex Donnelly-Palmer, events and operations manager at Kew Palace and Kensington Palace.

Guests were then treated to a historical tour of the palace, to be shown what can be offered by Kew for corporate and private events.

“The hire fee for the venue now includes exclusive hire of both the Palace and the Royal Kitchens meaning guests can now experience both the atmospheric 18th Century Royal Kitchens and the elegance of the intimate family home of Georgian royalty,” adds Donnelly-Palmer.
