Los Angeles rockers Metallica kicked off their run of eight sell out dates at the Sports Palace in Mexico City this week.

The show’s production concepts, featuring the likes of a 40m video stage, a 9m Lady Justice statue built by an overhead crane system, and collapsed, during the course of Justice For All, and 10m hydraulic towers in each corner of the stadium, were created and developed by design/staging/scenery specialist, Tait.

After Mexico, the tour moves to the Golden Gate Park, San Francisco before hitting Canada, where the Vancouver shows, at the Rogers Arena, will be filmed for the upcoming Metallica 3D movie.
