We Are Robots presents: Future and Innovation of Music is a new festival organised and hosted by the Old Truman’s Brewery to run from 2-5 November.
Themed on the future and innovation of the music industry, the new London-based music festival includes live performances, a daytime conference, sound installations, DJ workshops and exhibitions.
The organiser has teamed up with Rough Trade, Pioneer DJ, Ableton and Point Blank, each supporting the festival and sponsoring different areas of the show, including performances, workshops and the exhibition.
Festival and exhibition
We are Robots is set to be an industry first as it combines a live event with a music industry exhibition.
The Old Truman’s Brewery Boiler House will play host to a diverse roster of groundbreaking electronic talent with acclaimed producer and Rinse France’s Manaré plus rising industrial techno star NSDOS performing We Are Robots live set.
The Future and Innovation of Music will take place across a vast exhibition space at the venue.
“We Are Robots will also become the home of never-before-seen sound installations, available for free, conceived by a host of groundbreaking sound artists including lauded sound artist Yuri Suzuki,” explained the organiser.
