Access All AreasOnline venue marketplace Hire Space has appointed Richa Chugh in a newly-created role as head of talent.
With the start up set to double from 25 to 50 team members in the next six months, Chugh will spearhead the growth and help to scale the business as it expands.
She will take the lead on talent acquisition, recruitment strategy, performance management and development of existing team members alongside strengthening internal HR and organisational structures.
Joining with over ten years’ experience in human resource functions including change management, business performance analytics, performance management and talent acquisition, Chugh has held roles at Plan International, HDFC Standard Life Insurance, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance and Thomas International in India as well as Mahindra Satyam in Singapore
