The event will see 100 organisations across 22 sectors challenge balance within businesses, as the conference addresses talent management.
A gala dinner, on the eve of the conference, will also provide a platform for discussion, involving Anne-Marie Imafidon, who holds the world record for being the youngest girl ever to pass A-level computing (aged 11) and who was recently named one of the top 35 businesswomen under 35 by Management Today. Imafidon has launched the STEMettes project in a bid to inspire the next generation into Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics.
Head coach of England's Women's Football Team, Mark Sampson will also take to the stage to discuss change from a winning team. Sampson, has been on a journey from the Euro 2013 campaign where the team failed to win a match to a team that Inspired a Nation at the FIFA Women's World Cup in 2015.
Heather Jackson, founder and chair of An Inspirational Journey and The Balanced Business Forum said: 'We are thrilled to have Vista as our partner for 2015. Their in-house capabilities have meant they could deliver all our messaging across a range of platforms, from delegate apps to the event production to all the comms and content''.
Vista MD James Wilkins said that, following a rebrand, the agency had reported a number of new business wins this year and the appointment of an advisory board.
Vista delivered four conferences and gala dinners for automotive giant BMW Group UK earlier this summer.
