The Royal College of Physicians (RCP) has announced today (13 February) that it has been awarded a second BDRC VenueVerdict Gold Standard Accreditation.

After having received its first prestigious accreditation in 2009, The RCP has once again received the gold standard for the VenueVerdict Event Planner Feedback module 2016, after consistently providing customers with an exceptional experience when visiting the historical venue.

The RCP is an award-winning conference and events centre located in the heart of London. It is home to hosting both medical and non-medical events, and a range of functions from international conferences to private dinners and garden parties.

BDRC Continental is the UK’s largest independent research consultancy, which provides the only venue accreditation programme determined entirely by the voice of the customer and based on the meeting experience. The VenueVerdict Event Planner Feedback module provides venues (including hotel and meeting venues, specialist conference centres, services offices and unusual venues) with real-time event feedback from meeting bookers, event hosts and social functions.

The Royal College of Physicians director- facilities & events marketing Clive Oslter said: “Being recognised by our clients and delegates as offering a gold-standard service is very rewarding and I am proud of the meetings and events team for the achievement. The high standards we maintain so consistently have ensured that clients continue to receive the best possible service at our venue and the results speak for themselves.”
