Venue catering group Lime Venue Portfolio (LVP) has announced record figures and another year of growth for the business.

The brand posted an annual turnover of £40m across its portfolio of managed venues for 2015, an increase of 11 per cent from last year, with eight venues achieving growth of 20 per cent year-on-year or more.

LVP sales director Jo Austin said: “These are stunning figures, ahead of the market and underlining the faith that out customers have in Lime Venue Portfolio venues. Our venues have performed magnificently in a tough market.”

LVP, a division of Levy Restaurants UK the sport, leisure and hospitality division of Compass Group UK & Ireland is also already gearing up for a strong 2016.

“We’ve really strengthened our offer to the market with the addition of the Churchill War Rooms and HMS Belfast in London, and Weston Park in Staffordshire, allowing more choice for our customers,” added Austin. “We are also focused on keeping our customers delighted with the service and quality food that they now expect from us.”

Earlier this year, the group added three branches of IWM (Imperial War Museums) to its growing portfolio of historic landmarks.
