Gay, lesbian, bi and trans equality charity Stonewell has chosen Florence Hall to host its charity fundraising event on 21 July.

Supported by Sociaete Generale and hosted by Gok Wan, the evening reception will welcome 500 guests including celebrities, high-level donors and senior executives.

Money raised over the course of the evening will go towards battling homophobia, biphobia and transphobia in the UK.

Stonewall’s Ewan Newbigging-Lister said: “Having an accessible and inclusive space for Stonewall is absolutely essential so RIBA is a perfect venue for us. The Summer Party is one of our most popular events and we have no doubt attendees will be impressed with the Florence Hall and terrace where we’re hosting our party.

“Fundraising events are essential for Stonewall to continue its vital work to combat homophobia, biphobia and transphobia and create a world where everyone can be accepted without exception.”

RIBA Venues Head of Venues, Stephanie Ellrott, added: “We are delighted to welcome Stonewall to RIBA Venues and to be supporting such an important cause.”
