Sennheiser Challenge Trophy Golf Day Raises £19,500

Headphone/microphone manufacturer Sennheiser UK’s 18th Challenge Trophy golf day raised £16,500 for the Caron Keating Foundation, set-up to assist British cancer charities, and £3,000 for Diabetes UK.

With more than 70 invited guests taking part, a morning nine-hole Texas Scramble was followed by an 18-hole individual competition won by Bihesh Patel of Pinnerton Video Systems.

“It was a great day, blessed by excellent weather,” Steve Dalton, director of marketing for Sennheiser, said. “Everyone had a terrific time and we were able to raise a great deal of money for a very worthy cause.
