Crowd management and event security specialist Showsec has announced two key appointments. 

Marking a significant step towards completion of a restructure of crucial support services, Roy Wise will take up the new position of head of product resources, while Michelle Sparsis joins the company in the role of booking manager. 

Mark Harding, Showsec MD said: “These two appointments give us considerable experience and expertise in vital roles within the new Product Resourcing Department which will help us to move the company forwards. 

“The prime objective is to utilise all our resources in a more effective way to provide an enhanced service for casual workers and clients.

“As well as enhancing our services, the restructure has presented new career opportunities for existing members of our highly-skilled workforce while also creating new jobs at Head Office to support the operation.” 

A Product Resourcing Department is being established at the firm’s head office in Leicester, to centralise three of the support services in the operation of the business; recruitment, training and booking.
