TSG celebrates business quality benchmark

Event policing specialist TSG has secured an ISO 9001 certification after demonstrating dedication and commitment to meeting customer needs.
 
Created by the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO), ISO 9001 is a quality management system that sets clear parameters to ensure certified companies are focussed on meeting customer needs.
 
ISO consultancy QMS oversaw an analysis of the TSG business model, followed by a two-stage formal assessment during which TSG demonstrated its efficient management processes and its ability to deliver a consistent, good quality service.
 
Danny Littlechild, technical specialist consultant at QMS, commented: “I was very impressed with the TSG management team’s commitment to establishing clear processes from the outset so that all future expansion is controlled and all projects are managed with the same consistency.”
