With the skating season upon us, De Boer UK is spreading the festive spirit across the country with its temporary ice rinks.

Working with organisers Run Wild Media Group, De Boer has created one of London’s largest outdoor rinks at Canary Wharf, which is anticipating more than 100,000 skaters across the winter season.

The bespoke ice rink is surrounded by the Wharf’s dramatic, high-rise architecture and is entered via De Boer’s custom-made 37.5 metre long curved roof Anova, with an integrated five metre winged canopy housing The Skate Exchange and ‘Tasting Room’ restaurant. Canary Wharf also offers London’s only ‘skate path’, a glittering trail for skaters beneath fairy lit trees.
